If you qualify for a screening mammogram, please book your appointment by calling:

Please have your provincial health card ready.

North Queens Community Health Center

The Breast Screening Mobile is located in the main parking lot in front of the building. There is free parking at this location.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to register with health card.

Please do not wear perfume, powder, lotion, or deodorant on the upper body. Please wear two-piece outfit as you will be required to remove your clothing from the waist up.
