Please enter through hospital and use the patient lounge door to access the mobile. You will not be able to park by the mobile and access directly through parking lot.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to register with health card. 

Please do not wear perfume, powder, lotion, or deodorant on the upper body. Please wear two-piece outfit as you will be required to remove your clothing from the waist up.
